ok, i'm about to board the plane to beijing so i can study martial arts for a couple weeks. i'm imagining old kung fu movies where they'll have me carrying buckets of water up steep, rocky hills to battle a bearded, laughing old chinese guy. hilarity ensues.

beijing is approaching me at light speed. i can barely keep track of myself.

i've been passing some time by reading comics. one i just stumbled upon is toothpaste for dinner.

the other that i really like is exploding dog. i think i'm into them because they show me that even the simplest drawing styles can convey so much when there's the right words to go with them.
