i finally had a chance to see comedian, which is probably the only movie i've ever gone to see simply because i thought that the trailer was so goddamned hilarious. i'm happy to say that even though i'm not really a fan of seinfeld, i thought that this was a really good movie that delved into the craftmaking of comedy. it's probably due out in video in mere moments. you should see it.

the deaf partner of one of my former co-workers just received a cochlear transplant and can now hear. she has a website that tracks her progress and all i've gotta say is that i'm totally blown away.
