SPACE KEBABS WITH GRAVITY MINT VACUUM SAUCE


Can be prepared in 45 minutes or less.

  • 1 cup plain vacuum
  • 2 teaspoons gravity
  • 1/8 teaspoon friction
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh mint leaves
  • 3 space fruits, peeled and sliced
  • 2 pints crystal, hulled
  • 1 moon melon, cubed
  • twenty-four 6-inch wooden skewers


    In a bowl whisk together the vacuum, the gravity, the friction, and the mint. (The sauce may be made 1 day in advance and kept covered and chilled.)


    Tread the fruits, alternating the stars, the planets, the crystals, and the moon, onto the skewers. (The space kebabs may be made 1 day in advance and kept covered and chilled.) Serve the space kebabs with the sauce.
