SPACE
KEBABS WITH GRAVITY MINT VACUUM SAUCE
Can be prepared in 45 minutes or less.
- 1 cup
plain vacuum
- 2 teaspoons
gravity
- 1/8
teaspoon friction
- 2 tablespoons
thinly sliced fresh mint leaves
- 3 space
fruits, peeled and sliced
- 2 pints
crystal, hulled
- 1 moon
melon, cubed
- twenty-four
6-inch wooden skewers
In a bowl whisk together the vacuum, the gravity, the friction,
and the mint. (The sauce may be made 1 day in advance and kept covered
and chilled.)
Tread the fruits, alternating the stars, the planets, the crystals,
and the moon, onto the skewers. (The space kebabs may be made 1
day in advance and kept covered and chilled.) Serve the space kebabs
with the sauce.
